Ms. Baburam is professional coach trained by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Ms. Baburam has completed the requirements for the internationally recognized certification, CPCC (Certified Professional Co Active Coach) and received her certification March 2005. Ms. Baburam has several years experience as a facilitator and course development. She has worked with the IBM, Utica public school system, Health and Fitness ICU, Strong Gear Inc, and Koncepts creating and delivering workshops for professional/personal growth and development.
Ms. Baburam’s passion is in the higher development of others. She believes that finding your unique talents and passions will lead to a life of fulfillment as well as a more peaceful community and world. Ms. Baburam works with individuals, groups and teams to create positive changes through her coaching business ‘Embrace Your Vision’.
Mrs. Baburam has a rare combination of technical and interpersonal skills. She has 20 years experience in Information Technology (IT) as an Technical Specialist, Business Analyst and Project Leader. Through the 20 years Ms. Baburam has been able to use her combined talents to work corporations to increase morale and productivity by working as a facilitator for interpersonal skills such as effective communication, team building, and individual coaching.
