Guidelines
- A non-refundable application fee of $10 is required with each application. Money Orders or Cashiers Checks payable to Transformed Teens ONLY
- The Candidate is required to submit two (2) letters of recommendation with the application.
- The Candidate must be actively be attending high school and be a sophomore, junior, or senior and between the ages of 13 - 18 yrs.
- The Candidate must attend 80% of rehearsals and 75% of seminars.
- The Candidate selected must be prepared to pay all fees. Fees may be paid at once, on an installment plan, or through the fee assistance program
- Candidates & their parents must attend the orientation. The meeting time and location will be provided at time of notification. The Enrollment fee will be due at that time.
- The balance of tuition may be paid at orientation or according to the schedule:
- Fee Assistance Program: Each candidate is can help cover the cost of the program by
- Selling Ads (50% of ad revenue will be applied towards the balance)
- Sponsorship (local business, family members, social groups to donate towards the cost of the program)
- All fees are non-refundable and cover the following
- Boot Camp course pack & workshop supplies
- Training & Personal development training sessions related to the following
- Dance Instruction
- Performance Props
- Sitting Fee & Media Photograph
- Keepsake Token
- One Formal Group Photograph of Debutantes & Esquires
- One Royal Ball Program Book
- Social Activities & Field Trip Costs (College Fair, Skating Party, Spa Night, etc…)
- Each Candidate will be provided tickets for sale to friends and family who would like to attend the Royal Ball. Unsold tickets must be returned by at least 1 week prior to the ball date or the parent/guardian will be responsible for the cost.
- A photographer will be provided to take the pictures of each candidate to be used for press releases & in the program book. The cost of the sitting fee and photograph is included in the program fees.
- Girls are to wear a plain white blouse or shirt
- Young men are to wear a plain white shirt & black suit jacket
- The Teens chosen to participate in the Royal Court are expected to conduct themselves as young ladies and gentlemen and representatives of Transformed Teens at all times.
There are several functions held prior to the Royal Ball. Attendance at these functions is mandatory for the Participants. Failure to attend these functions can result in being dismissed from the court.- Orientation meeting for Parents & Participants

- A Professional photographer will be available during the ball if you wish to have individual and/or family pictures taken.
- 15. No video cameras will be permitted at the ball. There will be a professional videographer on hand who will video the presentation. A video will be available for purchase.
